If you would like to make a reservation at Beach Road Villa, Click here The rate for Beach Road Villa is R1500 – R2800 per night. The rate is affected by season, number of guests and length of stay. Please call Beach Road Villa to confirm the rate. Deposit: A 30% non refundable deposit is payable immediately to secure the booking. Breakages deposit: R500.00 breakages deposit is payable. This is refunded within 7 working days of departure should no breakages/damage have occurred. Balance of payment: Beach Road Villa will advise when the balance of payment is due. Please note this will always be before the arrival date. Cancellation policy: The deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance of payment: Within 2 weeks of arrival date= no refund. 2 – 4 weeks = 50% refunded Method of payment: We currently only accept payments via bank transfer.
